Greetings To Friends Of Karen, from
Remember U R Loved
It saddens my heart to
announce the passing of our beloved and dear friend,
Karen on Saturday the 6th of February 2010..
She was diagnosed
with lung cancer a few weeks ago, and she decided
against any
treatment so that she could spend her remaining days
with her daughter and
grandchildren with whom she was living in
California.
Regrettably those days were not as long as we all
had hoped for.
*******
As you know she wrote often about her family and
above is photos of her and her
daughter and granddaughters, who were the loves of
her life, along with the
rest of her family.
Karen had a God given gift for writing poetry that
will touch the heart of everyone
who reads her work. She had a unique way of drawing
you into whatever she penned,
and you could see the beauty in every word and turn
of phrase. She had different
styles of writing, whether it be rhyme, or prose,
the results were always
the same, she touched your heart and your mind with
imagination, love, inspiration
and the feeling that you were blessed to have been
here, and couldn’t wait to see
what she would write next.
************
On her behalf and the behalf of her loving family, I
would like to extend thanks
for all the support, love, and friendship
that you have shown Karen over the years
here on her home away from home.
Karen enjoyed writing very much and loved to share
what God had given to her with
others. She enjoyed witnessing for HIM and sharing
HIS Word and mostly HIS Love, with all of His
children, no matter where they were, or the church
affiliation.
If you would like to relay your condolences to
Karen's family, you may do so in her
Guest Book here on Remember U R Loved.
I will let her family know that they may find them
there. I am sure they would
appreciate your thoughts so much! And thank
you for your time, if you decide to leave a message.

And Karen would
say to you, Remember U R Loved~~~~~

Heaven Scent
Where lilacs forever bloom,
And streams run clear and free
Splashing over smooth stones,
Lord, there I long to be.
Where fluttering butterflies
Dance in the breeze,
And all God's Creatures
Bend humbly to their knees.
Where winds sing songs of Praise,
Old songs from distant times,
And saints, from distant days,
Sing harmony; sublime.
Where streets are paved with gold,
And mansions grace the hills,
And Angels, who foretold
His coming get the thrill
Of bowing on bended knee
Before the King of Kings.
Oh~~~what a Heaven Scent
The smell of lilacs brings.
Where lilacs bloom forever,
Lord, there I want to be.
When You Return In All Your Glory,
Please, Lord, remember~~~me.

This is something
Karen sent in an Email Feburary 2nd...It was a
pass along
God
has seen you struggling, God says it's over.
A blessing is coming your way. If you believe
in God,
***
and she added her
thoughts below after it...
And that blessing will be seeing Jesus Lovely
Face, asking HIM the questions I have always
wanted to aske, then meeting up with my
husband, my parents, my grandparents, two
brothers, three sisters, five neices I have
loved so dearly, make that six, three nephews
and cousins galore! So if Jesus feels free to
heal me on earth, so be in/ should HE take me
home~~~~~what a celebration there will be
I WIN/EITHER WAY!!!!!
