Last night was a restless night
for me.. What follows are the
results of that restlessness...

Dark Moon

The midnight sky
Reflects the mood
that batters at
my soul.



Too long I've tried
without success
To make my
Life seem whole.



Deep dark secrets
hide inside
memories
that just won't
surface.



Reducing me to
wondering if
my life has
any purpose



And then the Moon
Appears and I revel
in the light,



Perhaps this feeling
will pass me by
my soul again
take flight.



Dark Moon,
Shine bright,
Don't leave

Alone
again
tonight.
