As I sit here by my window
today
Happy thoughts coming my way
Birds are
singing in the trees
The gentle rustling of the
leaves.
How marvelous to be alive
To
see the view of azure skies.
To know the love of all
my kin
And to feel the joy it gives
within.
The pleasures of another
day
To enjoy what God has displayed.
The beauty of
nature and earth
Combined in rhythm like
verse.
All of this, came just in
time
To lift my spirits and give me rhyme.
A
writers block had settled in
And was determined, it
was going win.
Please forgive me, Father
I prayed
For there is one who suffered one day
The
pain that I shall never comprehend
He sacrificed His
life, to forgive my sins.
No greater love
will there ever be
The love He gave us on
Calvary
So let me suffer a bit here in this
life
To learn the love that he
provides.
Lest I forget how you suffered
in shame.
Just to save a sinner like me
Forgive me
Oh Lord, open my eyes to see!
I love you
more than my tongue can tell
You saved me from the
depths of hell
And gave me a beautiful life
eternally
So may I always, be mindful of THEE.

Scripture: 1
John 5: 1 ~4
Whosoever believeth that Jesus is
the
christ is born of God; and every one that
loveth him that begat loveth him also
that is
begotten of him.
By this we know that we love the
children
of God, when we love God,
and keep his
commandments.
For this is the love of God, that
we keep
his commandments; and his commandments
are not grievous.
For whatsoever is born of
God overcometh
the world: and this is the victory
that
overcometh the world, even our
faith
